In den USA sehen wir, wohin die Reise geht: Der wachsende Einsatz Künstlicher Intelligenz, KI, führt auf der einen Seite zu gewaltigen Produktivitätsgewinnen in der Wirtschaft, auf der anderen Seite löst er gleichzeitig einen tiefgreifenden Strukturwandel aus. Kaum eine Branche war in letzter Zeit stärker von Massenentlassungen betroffen als die Softwareindustrie. Das macht vielen Menschen Angst. Ist KI eher eine Gefahr oder eine Chance für unsere Gesellschaft?
