JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa hukum Hasto Kristiyanto, Ronny Talapessy membantah bahwa catatan yang dirampas oleh penyidik KPK berisi tentang Harun Masiku. Ronny menegaskan, bahwa catatan yang dirampas berisi strategi pemenangan PDIP untuk pilkada di sejumlah daerah.Ronny Talapessy menyebut, bahwa catatan yang disita penyidik KPK tidak ada kaitannya dengan kasus Harun Masiku. Catatan tersebut berisi strategi pemenangan PDIP untuk pilkada di sejumlah daerah di Indonesia.
Ronny juga menyebut, bahwa KPK tidak profesional dalam melakukan pemeriksaan. Penyidik KPK diduga merubah tanggal berita acara untuk pemeriksaan Hasto. Sebelumnya, Sekjen PDIP, Hasto Kristiyanto diperiksa KPK terkait kasus suap yang dilakukan Harun Masiku. Sementara hingga saat ini Harun Masiku masih berstatus sebagi dpo.
