🔴Hakim Kabulkan Gugatan Praperadilan Pegi Setiawan di Kasus Pembunuhan Vina Cirebon

Hakim tunggal Eman Sulaeman menilai, tidak ditemukan bukti satupun pemohon Pegi pernah dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai calon tersangka oleh Polda Jabar sebagai termohon.
"Maka menurut hakim, penetapan tersangka atas pemohon haruslah dinyatakan tidak sah dan batal demi hukum," ujar Eman di PN Bandung, Senin (8/7/2024).
"Berdasarkan pertimbangan di atas, alasan permohonan praperadilan harusnya beralasan dan patut dikabulkan.
Dengan demikian petitum pada praperadilan pemohon secara hukun dapat dikabulkan untuk seluruhnya," ujar Eman.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Pegi melayangkan gugatan praperadilan atas penetapan sebagai tersangka oleh Polda Jabar dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky asal Cirebon pada 2016.
Gugatan praperadilan Pegi yang diajukan pada 11 Juni 2024 itu terdaftar dengan nomor 10/Pid.Pra/2024/PN Bandung.(*)
