Allí me someto a su doloroso ritual ancestral de iniciación, en el que se realizan cortes sobre la piel para imitar las escamas del animal. Escarificaciones que representan fuerza y poder, que te conectan con los enormes cocodrilos que habitan sus ríos. Este rito sagrado, que representa el paso de la niñez a la adultez, me convierte en el quinto extranjero de la historia en ser aceptado e iniciado por esta comunidad.
