성게알 '우니'로 직접 초밥을 만들어봤어요🍣
손으로 하나하나 정성스럽게 쥔 밥 위에
은은한 단맛과 감칠맛 가득한 우니를 얹으니
입에 넣는 순간 정말 입안이 황홀 그 자체였어요!
부드럽고 짭조름하고 바다 내음 가득한
그 풍미는 진짜 말로 표현 못 할 정도예요
우니는 정말 호불호가 강한 재료이긴 하지만
한 번 빠지면 정말 헤어나오기 힘든 깊은 매력이 있는것 같아요
입안에 넣는 순간 퍼지는 바다향과
부드럽게 사르르 녹는 그 감촉은 정말 예술이에요.
초밥만 먹다 보면 따뜻한 국물이 생각나서
가쓰오 육수 베이스의 우동도 곁들였어요.
따뜻한 우동 국물로 한 번 훅 감싸주면 엄지척!
그리고 사케는 예전에 당골술집에서
서비스로 받은건데 먹다 남아서 챙겨온거거든요!
일식 느낌으로 초밥먹고 사케한잔 마시면
사케 특유의 부드럽고 깔끔한 뒷맛이 입안을 정리해주니
모든 재료의 맛이 각각 살아나면서도 전체적인 조화가 완벽했어요.
