A 13-year-old Afghan boy survived a flight from Kabul to Delhi after hiding inside the landing gear of a Kam Air jet. He slipped past security at Kabul airport, carrying only a red speaker, and endured nearly two hours in freezing, unpressurised conditions. Airport staff in Delhi discovered him alive near the aircraft and handed him to India’s CISF for questioning. He said his motive was curiosity before being sent back to Kabul. Wheel-well stowaway cases are extremely rare, with most ending in death. Aviation records reportedly show more than 100 such attempts worldwide since 1947.---
