Народила сина від загиблого військового, а тепер має доводити його батьківс?

Сергій Моряк загинув на війні 30 серпня 2024 року. За місяць після його загибелі народилася донька Мія. А через два роки, 4 вересня 2026-го, Людмила Моряк народила їхнього сина Олеся.
Ще за життя Сергій і Людмила мріяли про двох спільних дітей. Через вік вони звернулися до репродуктивної клініки, де Сергій залишив свій біологічний матеріал. Після його загибелі Людмилі довелося через суд добиватися права використати його для запліднення.
«Коли людина гине, ніби залишається список справ, які вони складали вдвох. А потім інша людина залишається сам на сам із цим списком», розповідає Людмила.
Тепер вона знову готується до суду. Попри рішення суду та документи з репродуктивної клініки, у ДРАЦС, за її словами, немає алгоритму реєстрації батьківства для дітей, народжених після смерті батька.
