먼저 스테이크 한 입 베어 물었을 때의 식감은 정말..
어찌나 속살이 촉촉하던지 입에서 살살 녹는느낌!
무엇보다 잡고 뜯어 먹으니까 만족감이 최고였어요
보통 스테이크는 썰어서 보여드리기 좋은 모양으로 먹는데
오늘 고기는 칼이 필요 없을 정도로
결이 그대로 부드럽게 찢어지는 느낌이라
손으로 잡고 뜯어버렸죠ㅎㅎ
그리고 오늘의 대박 조합!
고기를 굽고 남은 고기기름 + 버터 이걸 버릴 수가 없죠
파스타 소스처럼 활용하는 걸 너무 좋아하는데
오늘은 불닭볶음면에 바로 넣어버렸습니다
불닭 특유의 화끈한 매운맛이 버터향을 만나니까
매운 맛이 둥글둥글하게 바뀌면서 감칠맛이 확 살아나요!
그리고 고기에서 나온 기름이 불닭면에 코팅되면서
면이 더 쫄깃하고 고급진 느낌으로 바뀌더라구요
매운데 계속 들어가는 그런 맛!
