Oggi alla stazione centrale di Milano FS Security ha ufficialmente avviato la sperimentazione in Lombardia delle bodycam in dotazione al personale della security. Per l'azienda si tratta della quinta regione ad essere stata selezionata per questo tipo di test, dopo Liguria, Piemonte, Toscana e Puglia. Per l'amministratore delegato di FS Security, Pietro Foroni, "la prospettiva è verificare questa tecnologia sul nostro personale con l'obiettivo già dichiarato di arrivare verso la fine del 2026 dotando tutti i circa 1.300 dipendenti operativi di FS Security con questo strumento che noi riteniamo importante". "La bodycam sarà a diretto comando dell'operatore, il quale deciderà lui autonomamente quando attivarla in relazione a quella situazione che lui vede come potenziale pericolo - ha aggiunto - Le finalità sono naturalmente duplici.
