Procedono veloci i lavori ai trampolini del salto di Predazzo, in Val di Fiemme. La località in Trentino Alto Adige ha come fiore all'occhiello lo sport del salto: qui verranno disputate le gare del salto con gli sci e della combinata nordica, alcune delle gare più spettacolari dei Giochi Olimpici Invernali Milano-Cortina 2026 (qui tutti i video delle strutture).
I trampolini sono stati completamente abbattuti perché in legno e sono stati ricostruiti: un lavoro che ha prolungato i lavori e richiesto un investimento fino a 40 milioni di euro. «I trampolini sono stati rifatti, il resto delle strutture sono quelle che c'erano già» spiega il sindaco di Predazzo, Paolo Boninsegna. «Si tratta di una struttura destinata a durare nel tempo. Verrà utilizzata dai ragazzi che seguono l salto e dalle squadre straniere che si allenano su questi trampolini»
Una struttura 'adagiata' sul pendio della montagna che ha richiesto un nuovo impianto di illuminazione (con 2.000 lux) per illuminare le gare, per lo più disputate in notturna, e una revisione dei materiali utilizzati per le rampe: il trampolino più grande ha un'altezza di 143metri che permette di raggiungere una velocità di 95km orari.
