Hakim soal Sidang Kesimpulan Pegi: Saya Beri Putusan Obyektif, Tak Masuk Angin

KOMPAS.TV - Pada Jumat (05/07/2024) pagi, Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan dan Tim Hukum Polda Jawa Barat, menyerahkan kesimpulan praperadilan mereka kepada Hakim Tunggal, Eman Sulaeman.

Persidangan hanya berlangsung selama 10 menit.

Sidang pun akan dilanjutkan pada Senin, 8 Juli 2024, pukul 09.00 WIB pagi, dengan agenda pembacaan putusan praperadilan.

Saat menutup sidang, hakim menegaskan dirinya akan memberikan keputusan secara objektif.

Hakim memastikan, tidak ada masuk angin, dalam menghasilkan keputusan.
