Menkum: 19.337 Napi Diseleksi dan Dapat Amnesti dari Presiden Prabowo
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Hukum, Supratman Andi Agtas, menyebut pemerintah sedang melakukan asesmen terkait nama 19.000 narapidana calon penerima amnesti.Supratman menargetkan verifikasi persyaratan dapat rampung sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri.
Menurut Supratman, asesmen dan verifikasi dilakukan secara hati-hati untuk memastikan apakah 19.000 narapidana ini memenuhi kriteria, setelah diseleksi dari 44.000 orang.
Supratman juga mengatakan masih menunggu daftar nama calon penerima amnesti dari Kementerian Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan untuk diseleksi dan diserahkan ke Presiden.
