SIR in Bengal : ममता को SIR से क्या-क्या शिकायतें हैं? | Mamata Banerjee on SIR | BJPपश्चिम बंगाल में सिर्फ 58 लाख लोगों के नाम कटे हैं. लेकिन ममता बनर्जी का दावा है कि चुनाव आयोग बीजेपी के इशारे पर बंगाल के genuine वोटर्स के नाम काट रहा है. वोटर्स को परेशान किया जा रहा है. इसलिए SIR का प्रोसेस, फिलहाल रोक देना चाहिए. आज SIR के खिलाफ तृणमूल कांग्रेस की तरफ से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पेटिशन फाइल की गई. इस याचिका में कहा गया है कि SIR का प्रोसेस. क़ानून के साथ साथ ख़ुद चुनाव आयोग की अपनी गाइडलाइंस के ख़िलाफ़ है. चुनाव आयोग इसके लिए ख़ुद अपने standard operating procedure फॉलो नहीं कर रहा है. इससे आम लोग परेशान हैं. तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने अपनी याचिका में आरोप लगाया है कि बंगाल में बड़े पैमाने पर वाजिब वोटर्स के नाम काटे जा रहे हैं. ऑनलाइन प्रोसेस भी काम नहीं कर रहा है. और चुनाव आयोग आदेश जारी करने के बजाय व्हाट्सऐप पर SIR में लगे कर्मचारियों को directions issue कर रहा है. ये ठीक नहीं हैं. इसलिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट SIR पर रोक लगाए.
In West Bengal, the names of only 58 lakh people have been removed from the voter list. However, Mamata Banerjee claims that the Election Commission is removing the names of genuine voters in Bengal at the behest of the BJP. Voters are being harassed. Therefore, the SIR (Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls) process should be stopped immediately. Today, the Trinamool Congress filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the SIR process. The petition states that the SIR process is against the law as well as the Election Commission's own guidelines. The Election Commission is not following its own standard operating procedures. This is causing distress to the general public. In its petition, the Trinamool Congress has alleged that the names of a large number of legitimate voters are being removed in Bengal. The online process is also not working. And instead of issuing official orders, the Election Commission is issuing directions to the employees involved in the SIR process via WhatsApp. This is unacceptable. Therefore, the Supreme Court should halt the SIR process.
