PLO | Bắt tạm giam một phụ nữ nghi đầu độc cháu ruột bằng chất độc xyanuaQua nguồn tin quần chúng tố giác và các biện pháp nghiệp vụ; Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đã điều tra, xác minh làm rõ việc Nguyễn Thị Hồng Bích (sinh năm 1986, không có việc làm ổn định, trú tại xã Vĩnh Thanh, huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai) do mâu thuẫn sinh hoạt với các thành viên trong gia đình, có hành vi mua chất độc xyanua để đầu độc cháu ruột là N.H.B.T (sinh năm 2006, cùng trú tại địa điểm trên).
Ngày 5-7, Cơ quan cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đã ra quyết định khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can, tạm giam với Nguyễn Thị Hồng Bích về tội danh giết người theo Điều 123 - Bộ luật Hình sự năm 2015 (sửa đổi, bổ sung 2017). Các quyết định trên đã được Viện Kiểm sát nhân dân cùng cấp phê chuẩn.
Bước đầu Nguyễn Thị Hồng Bích đã khai nhận hành vi phạm tội của mình. Nạn nhân đang được cấp cứu. Cơ quan cảnh sát điều tra Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai đề nghị người dân có thông tin liên quan hành vi phạm tội của Nguyễn Thị Hồng Bích cung cấp qua đồng chí Trần Văn Nghi - Điều tra viên, số điện thoại: 0903624479.
