L’imprecisione è sfuggita alla presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni nella conferenza stampa conclusiva del G7, svoltosi dal 13 al 15 giugno a Borgo Egnazia. A far notare l’errore è stata Selvaggia Lucarelli su Instagram. «C’erano i panzerotti – dice Meloni a Fasano -, c’erano gli artigiani, c’erano le signore che facevano le orecchiette a mano, c’era la taranta, c’era la Puglia. C’erano le luminarie che si mettono nelle feste religiose, c’era la Puglia come la conosciamo noi, come la conoscono i pugliesi, soprattutto, come la conoscono gli italiani. Sono stata fiera nel vedere i leader del G7 a bocca aperta, ma anche insomma delle volte anche meno, per i sapori, per i gusti, per l’identità.
