Flan de Queso Ligero y Cremoso - Sin Horno!! | Auxy 🍮✨

🛒 Ingredientes (Molde 18-20 cm):
Paso 1 - Caramelo Saludable:
3 cdas de Panela o azúcar Mascabado.
1 cda de Agua (para el microondas).
1/2 cda de Agua extra (para aligerar al final).
Paso 2 - El Flan:
4 huevos.
250 g de Queso Ricotta o Cottage.
250 ml de Leche (tu favorita).
2 cditas de Stevia y vainilla al gusto (o 3-4 cdas de endulzante granulado).
🥣 Cocción: Vierte en el molde y cocina al baño María tapado durante 30 min a fuego medio-bajo.
Reposo: Deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente y refrigera toda la noche para una textura perfecta.
