Hal ini terungkap dalam pemeriksaan terhadap suami tersangka, I oleh tim penyidik Polda Metro Jaya.
Untuk diketahui, saat kejadian pada 30 Juli 2023, I sedang tak berada di rumah karena tengah mengamen.
Adapun I sempat marah pada sang istri, R setelah diberi tahu adanya pembuatan video vulgar tersebut.
Suami R pun sempat berencana melaporkan kejadian ini ke Polsek Ciledug dan Polres Metro Tangerang Kota.
Namun pelaporan tersebut kemudian urung dilakukan.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi dalam keterangan pada Selasa (4/6/2024) mengatakan tak diketahui alasan pasti I batal melaporkan kasus ini ke polisi.
Kasus ini bermula pada 28 Juli 2023 lalu saat R dihubungi akun Facebook Icha Shakila.
Akun Facebook tersebut meminta R untuk berfoto bugil dengan iming-iming sejumlah uang.
Lantaran tergiur, R pun mengirimkan foto bugil miliknya kepada akun tersebut.
Dua hari berselang, tepatnya pada 30 Juli 2023, R kembali dihubungi akun tersebut.
Kali ini R dibujuk untuk merekam video asusila bersama sang suami dengan bayaran Rp 15 juta.
Kini atas perbuatannya, R pun dijerat dengan pasal berlapis yakni pornografi, UU ITE, dan perlindungan anak.
