Sementara itu Kejaksaan Agung menyebut bahwa kasus korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah Pertamina Patra Niaga tahun 2018-2023 yang merugikan negara hingga Rp193 triliun berawal dari adanya temuan terkait keluhan masyarakat di beberapa daerah soal kualitas BBM jenis Pertamax yang dianggap jelek.
