Andrea Stroppa è considerato l'uomo di Elon Musk in Italia. Prima coinvolto nell'opera di "pulizia" di Twitter, appena acquistato da Elon Musk e rinominato X.com, poi in Starlink e nelle varie attività dell'imprenditore più famoso (e odiato) del mondo. Per questo Andrea Stroppa si è attirato l'odio di una parte del Paese e le ire della magistratura, che lo ha addirittura indagato dopo lo "scandalo Starlink".
