La crisis política en Perú ya no es coyuntural: es estructural.
En poco más de una década, el país ha tenido múltiples presidentes, reflejando un sistema que incentiva el choque entre Ejecutivo y Congreso, más que la construcción de mayorías estables.

Mecanismos como la vacancia presidencial por “incapacidad moral” han convertido la política en un terreno de alta volatilidad, donde los liderazgos difícilmente logran sostenerse en el tiempo. Y aunque nuevas elecciones —como la de 2026— renuevan las expectativas, no necesariamente corrigen el problema de fondo.
