Ramai yang takut nak masak bihun sebab selalu jadi keras, lembik, atau hancur. Dalam video ni, Che Nom tunjuk teknik simple — cuma tutup kuali 5 minit je, insyaAllah bihun jadi lembut cantik tanpa kacau lama-lama. Resipi ni memang sesuai sangat untuk sarapan atau makan ramai-ramai, confirm licin satu kuali bila makan dengan kopi O atau teh O panas.
✅ Tip penting:
Tumis sampai pecah minyak untuk rasa lebih wangi.
Guna api sederhana supaya bihun masak sekata.

📝 Bahan-Bahan (Malay)
Bahan kisar halus:
3–4 biji bawang merah kecil
4 ulas bawang putih
4–5 tangkai cili kering
½ cawan ikan bilis
Sedikit air
Bahan lain:
½ cawan minyak masak
1–2 ketul dada ayam
¼ cawan kicap pekat manis
½ cawan sos cili
¼ cawan sos tomato
¼ cawan sos tiram
450g bihun kering
Sedikit garam
1 sudu besar gula
1 sudu besar serbuk pati ayam
2 sudu besar cuka makan (optional)
Sayur sawi
Kubis
Daun bawang & cili merah (hiasan)
2 biji tomato (belah dua)
2–3 tangkai cili besar
📝 Ingredients (English)
Blended paste:
3–4 small shallots
4 cloves garlic
4–5 dried chillies
½ cup anchovies
A little water
Other ingredients:
½ cup cooking oil
1–2 pieces chicken breast
¼ cup dark sweet soy sauce
½ cup chilli sauce
¼ cup tomato ketchup
¼ cup oyster sauce
450g dried vermicelli noodles
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
2 tbsp vinegar (optional)
Mustard greens (sawi)
Cabbage
Spring onions & red chillies (for garnish)
2 tomatoes (halved)
2–3 large red chillies
