L’autunno torna a colorare la campagna trevigiana con il Villaggio delle Zucche di Nonno Andrea inaugurato il 18 settembre a Villorba. Fino al 2 novembre, oltre un milione di zucche di 60 varietà, coloreranno oltre 10 ettari di terreno con oltre 400 persone coinvolte nell’organizzazione. A tagliare il nastro il presidente del Veneto Alberto Stefani, che ricorda: «È bellissimo tornare qui. Questa realtà sa avvicinare i giovani all’agricoltura». Il governatore ricorda la difficile stagione segnata anche dalla siccità: «L’obiettivo è tutelare un settore strategico». Luca e Paolo Manzan, dell’Azienda Agricola Nonno Andrea, affermano: «Il Villaggio è il nostro modo di celebrare l’autunno. Terminata la manifestazione l’area torna a essere coltivata». Il sindaco Francesco Soligo evidenzia l’impegno sul fronte dell’inclusione, con le attività proposte. Tra piscina di mais, workshop, spettacoli e aree food, non mancano gli ospiti: Raoul Bova il 2 ottobre alle 17, Chiara’s Bakery il 5 alle 17.30, Giorgione il 7 alle 17.30 e tanti altri.
