Volkswagen steuert auf das erste Verlustjahr seit dem Diesel-Skandal zu. Im dritten Quartal stand unter dem Strich ein Verlust von rund 5,82 Milliarden Euro, wie der VW-Konzern in Wolfsburg mitteilte.Volkswagen verliert bei den Verkaufszahlen deutlich an Boden. Im laufenden Jahr steuert der Konzern weltweit auf ungefähr acht Millionen Auslieferungen zu. Einen Lichtblick gibt es aber: das Geschäft mit E-Autos in Europa. Jedes fünfte bis Ende September ausgelieferte Auto auf dem Kontinent war ein reiner Stromer – und rund 40 Prozent des Auftragsbestands entfallen auf E-Modelle. Für den Boom verantwortlich macht VW unter anderem die hohen Spritpreise und die bessere Verfügbarkeit von Einstiegsmodellen.
