China llama a EE. UU. a fortalecer cooperación y reducir malentendidos
Desde Estocolmo, el vice primer ministro chino He Lifeng pidió a Estados Unidos fortalecer la cooperación bilateral, reducir malentendidos y profundizar el diálogo.Según He, una relación económica y comercial estable con Estados Unidos no solo beneficia a ambos países, sino también a la economía global. Durante una nueva ronda de conversaciones económicas entre ambas naciones, celebrada del 28 al 29 de julio en la capital sueca, las delegaciones, lideradas por He y el secretario del Tesoro estadounidense, Scott Bessent, discutieron temas económicos clave, políticas macroeconómicas y asuntos de interés mutuo.
Ambas partes reafirmaron el consenso alcanzado previamente en Ginebra y Londres, y acordaron seguir negociando una prolongación del periodo de 90 días para la entrada en vigor de los aranceles del 24 % estadounidenses. He subrayó que la cooperación debe guiarse por los consensos alcanzados por los presidentes de ambos países y basarse en el respeto mutuo y los beneficios compartidos.
