Ore 15, calma piatta. O quasi. E’ lo scenario di Ferragosto lungo le spiagge della Versilia, fra la Passeggiata di Viareggio e il pontile di Lido di Camaiore. Immagini video che raccontano un giorno clou dell’estate un po’ diverso dal solito, o quantomeno lontano dagli anni del boom. Quando ogni 15 agosto questo tratto di litorale veniva letteralmente preso d’assalto. Le immagini, girate sabato pomeriggio fra le 15 e le 15,45 circa, raccontano invece di una giornata in cui le persone non mancano, ma certo non si può parlare di ressa. Forse c’entrano anche le modificate abitudini a causa del caldo torrido, che induce le persone a rimanere se non al fresco quantomeno all’ombra, durante le ore centrali della giornata.
Ma paiono lontani i giorni in cui era impossibile o quasi lanciare un ago lungo la battigia, facendolo cadere sulla sabbia senza colpire qualcuno. A conferma di questa impressione ci sono i parcheggi: sia a Lido di Camaiore che a Viareggio sono bastati pochissimi minuti per trovarne uno libero, quando nelle giornate da “sold out” vero e proprio occorre una pazienza infinita e si assiste a parcheggi a dir poco “fantasiosi”, per non dire “selvaggi”, su marciapiedi e spazi destinati teoricamente ad altro e non certo alla sosta delle auto.
