안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 뿌링새우튀김을 만들어 봤어요!
사실 튀김은 뭐든 맛있지만 여기에 뿌링클 시즈닝까지 더해지면
이건 그냥 게임 끝이라고 봐야죠ㅎㅎ
겉은 진짜 빠사삭 소리가 날 정도로
아주 얇고 바삭하게 잘 튀겨졌고
입안에서 부서지는 식감이 너무 기분 좋더라구요!
겉은 바삭한데 속은 촉촉하게 육즙을 잘 머금고 있어서
씹을수록 새우 특유의 자연스러운 단맛이 올라오는데
여기에 뿌링클 시즈닝의 짭짤하면서도 달콤한 맛이 더해지니까
진짜 계속 손이 갈 수밖에 없는 조합이었어요
특히 블랙타이거새우가 일반 새우보다 훨씬 크고 통통해서
한입 가득 베어 먹는 그 만족감이 진짜 남달랐어요
입안 가득 차는 탱글한 식감이랑
쫀득하게 씹히는 살의 밀도감이 확실히 달라요
솔직히 먹으면서 계속 들었던 생각이
“이건 맥주랑 무조건이다..” 였는데
아쉽게도 냉장고에 맥주가 없어서 패스했습니다..🥲
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
