Manhattan DA opens investigation into sexual assault allegation against Rep. Swalwell
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is reviewing a claim that Representative Eric Swalwell, a candidate for governor of California, assaulted a woman in New York City in 2024.Swalwell spoke in a video on social media, calling the claims "flat false" and saying it all never happened.
