JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Sidang praperadilan Pegi Setiawan ditunda dikarenakan pihak termohon tidak hadir dalam sidang, Senin (24/6/2024).
Hakim tunggal Aman Sulaeman yang menangani perkara praperadilan Pegi Setiawan di Bandung menegaskan tidak memiliki kepentingan.
"Perlu saya tegaskan, saya tidak ada kepentingan dalam perkara ini, jangan sampai ada asumsi-asumsi yang aneh," kata Hakim di persidangan, Senin (24/6/2024).
Lebih lanjut Kartini, Ibu Kandung Pegi Setiawan, mengaku kecewa sidang praperadilan Pegi Setiawan ditunda.
