안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 메추리를 통닭처럼 튀겨어봤는데요!🍗✨
확실히 닭이랑은 다른 식감이 느껴졌어요
살이 부드럽다기보다는 약간 더 쫀득하면서도
조금은 질긴 느낌이 있어서 씹는 맛이 있는 편이었어요!
그리고 닭에 비해서는 살이 많지 않은 편이라서
한 입 먹었을 때 꽉 차는 느낌보다는
조금 아쉬운 느낌도 있었어요🥹
그래도 대신 좋은 점도 있었는데요!
뼈가 굉장히 얇고 연해서
다리뼈를 제외하면 대부분은 씹어서 먹을 수 있을 정도라서
바삭한 식감이 더 살아나더라구요!
뼈까지 바삭하게 먹는 느낌이 있어서
과자처럼 계속 손이 가는 그런 느낌!?
다만! 개인적으로는
뼈를 씹어 먹는 게 익숙하지 않으신 분들은
조금 부담스러울 수 있어서
가능하면 발라서 드시는 걸 추천드려요 😊
