Dilansir dari AP, Sebelumnya, Modi menyebut insiden ini sebagai sebuah "tragedi" yang "mengejutkan dan membuat kami sedih."
DIketahui, Pesawat Boeing 787 Dreamliner yang dioperasikan oleh Air India jatuh saat lepas landas di bandara internasional Ahmedabad dengan sedikitnya 242 orang di dalamnya232 penumpang dan 12 awak. Pesawat tersebut dijadwalkan terbang ke Gatwick, London.
