Sederet Antisipasi Menkes soal KLB MBG: Cek Harian & Libatkan UKS Awasi Makanan Tak Layak Konsumsi

Antisipasi itu disampaikan Budi Gunadi melalui konferensi pers di Kantor Kemenkes, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (2/10).
Poin-poin antisipasi tersebut di antaranya:
1. Menkes Budi Gunadi meminta ada laporan rutin setiap hari atau mingguan seperti catatan kasus Covid-19.
2. Menkes meminta masalah sertifikasi Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) harus dibenahi.
Disebutkannya, seperti menutup Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) atau dapur umum MBG yang bermasalah di sejumlah daerah.
3. Mewajibkan SPPG memiliki Sertifikat Laik Higienis dan Sanitasi (SLHS).
4. Kemenkes akan mengevaluasi juru masak hingga alur limbah dapur.
5. Kemenkes, Kemendagri, pemerintah daerah hingga lintas sektor akan membantu Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) melakukan pengawasan.
6. Antisipasi terjadinya keracunan setelah menyantap MBG ialah dengan adanya pengawasan dari pihak sekolah dan Puskesmas setempat.
Nanti, UKS di tiap sekolah bakal ditugaskan mengecek MBG.
Jika makanan terindikasi tidak layak, maka tak boleh untuk dikonsumsi.
