A Palestinian man has shared his account of leaving Gaza through the controversial Al Majd Europe group, revealing details of the process and its coordination with the Israeli army.Speaking on condition of anonymity, with his voice disguised and face blurred for protection, he described strict registration protocols that required families to pass security screenings and pay substantial fees, totalling thousands of dollars.
Despite these procedures, passengers were kept unaware of their final destination.
The man detailed his journey, which included crossing through Rafah and Kerem Shalom under heavy coordination with Israeli forces, boarding buses to Ramon Airport, and flying on a Romanian aircraft to Kenya’s Nairobi Airport.
He noted secrecy surrounding the destination and the absence of passport recognition, highlighting the lack of acknowledgement of Palestinian statehood.
His testimony offers rare insight into the clandestine operations and unanswered questions surrounding the group’s activities.
