Sebab, para SPPG sudah mengorbankan materi dan membantu pemerintah menyukseskan program tersebut meskipun sulit.
“Anda harus tahu bahwa mitra-mitra ini merupakan pejuang-pejuang tanah air,” ujar Dadan saat ditemui di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Rabu (1/10/2025).
Menurutnya, jika SPPG keliru menjalankan standard operating procedure (SOP), hal itu bisa diperbaiki.
Ia memandang BGN juga harus menghargai dana dan kerja-kerja yang telah dikucurkan oleh para SPPG.
“Kalau dia sudah mengeluarkan uang yang cukup besar, ya kita hargai itu. Mereka adalah pejuang republik ini,” tutur Dadan.
Terkait sanksi untuk SPPG yang menyebabkan ribuan siswa keracunan, Dadan mengatakan itu tergantung hasil investigasi.
Pernyataan itu Dadan sampaikan saat dimintai tanggapan terkait sanksi yang tepat dijatuhkan untuk SPPG penyebab keracunan, yang tidak cukup administratif dan berpotensi pemidanaan.
“Begini, itu semuanya akan sangat tergantung dari hasil investigasi ya,” kata Dadan
Ahli serangga Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) itu mengingatkan, meskipun saat ini BGN memiliki uang dari negara, lembaganya tidak bisa membangun dapur MBG.
“Terus terang Badan Gizi sekarang punya uang. Tapi untuk membangun satu SPPG saja kesulitan karena masalah administrasi,” ucapnya.
“Tapi mitra ini bersemangat untuk membangun gedung SPPG. Jadi kita harus hargai itu,” tambahnya.
