Ratlos nach der Schule: Er findet eine Ausbildung für Härtefälle I BR24 vor Ort

Es ist kurz vor Start des Ausbildungsjahres in Bayern. Über 39.000 Ausbildungsstellen sind unbesetzt, gleichzeitig suchen noch fast 22.000 Bewerberinnen und Bewerber einen Ausbildungsplatz. Rein rechnerisch gibt es also genug Ausbildungsplätze für alle und trotzdem finden am Ende viele Jugendliche keinen Platz. Doch woran liegt das? Einige behaupten, die Jugendlichen sind zu faul – andere sagen, sie sind überfordert.
Florian Wagner stellt sich diese Frage auch jeden Tag. Er ist Ausbildungsakquisiteur im Landkreis Günzburg und unterstützt Jugendliche bei der Ausbildungssuche. Er sagt: Immer mehr brauchen Hilfe dabei, eine Stelle zu finden. Sein Job wird immer aufwändiger – und das liegt nicht an den Jugendlichen allein.
