▷ AIUTA L'INFORMAZIONE LIBERA, SOSTIENICI: https://donazioni.radioradio.it/Dall'inizio della guerra in Ucraina, l'Unione Europea ha adottato progressivamente 19 pacchetti di misure restrittive (al 23 ottobre 2025) - un ventesimo è in arrivo - nei confronti della Russia, con l'intento di colpire l'economia russa e le élite vicine al Cremlino. Tra queste, il divieto di esportazione di beni di lusso verso la Russia, introdotto con il quarto pacchetto (Regolamento UE 2022/428 del 15 marzo 2022), che modifica il Regolamento base 833/2014. L'articolo 3h vieta la vendita, fornitura, trasferimento o esportazione di tali beni se il loro valore supera i 300 euro per articolo (valore ex-fabbrica o statistico), con eccezioni specifiche per alcune categorie. Per i veicoli a motore destinati al trasporto di persone (con alcune esclusioni come ambulanze), la soglia fu fissata a 50.000 euro per unità. Ce lo racconta Antonio Maria Rinaldi, all'epoca europarlamentare, evidenziando una disparità non da poco che più a colpire la Russia, colpiva l'Italia e meno la Germania.
