Hoy les estoy compartiendo una receta perfecta para cualquier momento del año pero especialmente para cuando hace mucho calor. 🍋 Carlota de limón divina, ligera y super fácil de hacer.

✍🏻 Ingredientes para 8-10 raciones pequeñas |
🍋 3-4 cdas de jugo de limón
🍋 400 g de Yogur griego o natural, puedes usar yogur vegetal.
🍋 3-4 cdas de Endulzante - yo usé Monk fruit que es 0% calorías *añade la misma cantidad que pongas de jugo de limón y prueba la mezcla.
🍋3-4 cdas de jugo de limón
🍋 250 ml de leche evaporada o leche de coco. También puedes poner leche de vaca o vegetal.
🍋 6 g de gelatina neutra o agar agar *Usa la cantidad para cuajar 500 ml de líquido.
🍋 Galletas maría con o sin azúcar. Usa las que necesites para cubrir el molde que elijas. *recuerda que ya estamos modificando otros ingredientes de la receta.
🍋 Decoración: Crema o nata montada, crema de coco + ralladura de limón *opcional.
❄️ Lleva a la nevera por 30 min o deja ahí hasta el momento en que tengas que servir.
Nota: Este postre se conserva en la nevara hasta por 7 días y es perfecto como una merienda ligera para disfrutar sin remordimientos.
