È stato convalidato dal gip del tribunale di Padova l'arresto per resistenza e lesioni a pubblico ufficiale e porto abusivo di armi del 27enne cittadino gambiano fermato mentre si aggirava nel Piazzale della Stazione armato di un grosso coltello da cucina, gridando «Allah Akhbar» (come si vede nel diffuso dalla polizia). Il giudice ha condannato con rito direttissimo il giovane alla pena di 10 mesi di reclusione, concedendo il nulla osta all'espulsione. Al termine del dibattimento, il questore di Padova Marco Odorisio, valutata la posizione di irregolarità sul territorio nazionale e le pericolosità sociale del 27enne, ne ha disposto il collocamento presso il Cpr di Gradisca d'Isonzo (Gorizia), ai fini del suo definitivo
