(Agenzia Vista) "Abbiamo approvato due provvedimenti in materia materia fiscale: il primo riguarda tematiche del terzo settore, della crisi d'impresa e alcune correzioni in materia di Iva e quello che mi preme dire è che questo è il 19esimo decreto legislativo approvato, 16 sono già in Gazzetta Ufficiale, tre all'esame esame del parlamento. Stiamo facendo una riforma storica ed epocale che si attendeva dagli anni '70. Per quanto riguarda il terzo settore e lo sport le questioni affrontate riguardano il passaggio dalle attività commerciali alle attività non commerciali, quindi le associazioni degli enti religiosi, degli enti sportivi, per evitare l'emersione di plusvalenze che potrebbero generarsi nel momento in cui si passa da una disciplina commerciale per entrare in una non commerciale. Abbiamo previsto che questi eventuali plusvalori afferenti agli asset che vanno a finire nel compendio non commerciale restino in sospensione di imposta, fermo restando che nel momento in cui questi asset verranno dismessi si genereranno plusvalenze tassabili. Altre semplificazioni le abbiamo introdotte per quanto riguarda le organizzazioni di volontariato e di promozione sociale, abbiamo elevato il tetto dell'esclusione nell'ambito dell'applicazione dell'Iva dal 65 85mila euro.
