Zölle sind das Lieblingsinstrument von US-Präsident Trump – doch nach Ansicht des Obersten Gerichts sind viele davon illegal. Trump zeigte sich zutiefst enttäuscht über das Urteil, er schäme sich für einige der Richter. Wie erwartet, kündigte der Präsident dann an, die vom Gericht gekippten Zölle auf eine andere rechtliche Grundlage zu stellen. Damit aber nicht genug. Trotzig fügte er hinzu: Er werde eine Exekutivanordnung unterzeichnen zur Einführung eines Basiszollsatzes von zehn Prozent, auf alle Einfuhren in die USA, zusätzlich zu den bereits erhobenen Zöllen.Reaktionen auf die Entscheidung:
