I vigili del fuoco sono intervenuti a Lomazzo (Como) attorno alle 3 della notte, dopo la segnalazione di un appartamento in fiamme. L’appartamento di un 73enne, al piano terra di una palazzina, era invaso dal fumo. I pompieri hanno raggiunto l’uomo e lo hanno portato fuori, ma era purtroppo già morto nell'incendio. Dalle prime informazioni, sembra che l’uomo, che aveva anche difficoltà di movimenti, stesse dormendo sul divano. Sarebbe stato ucciso dal fumo inalato e sul corpo aveva anche segni di bruciature per le fiamme. Non ci sarebbero dubbi sulla natura dolosa dell’incendio, che sarebbe stato appiccato usando una sostanza accelerante vicino alla porta di casa del 73enne.
