Imaginez un hébreu d’il y a 3000 ans, téléporté aujourd’hui à Paris ! Quel serait son regard sur la situation des Juifs d’aujourd’hui et sur la permanence de l’exil ? Voudrait-il quitter Paris pour rejoindre Jérusalem, ou se laisserait-il bercer par les charmes de la vie occidentale ? Trouverait-il les hébreux changés ou identiques à ceux de l’Antiquité ? Déboussolé, notre personnage se rend d’urgence chez le psy. Entre stupéfaction, humour, références à nos textes et à notre histoire, se superposent les interrogations posées par un Juif contemporain, à celles qu’il s’est probablement posées 3000 ans plus tôt. Trois millénaires après, sommes-nous toujours les mêmes ?Épisode 1 « Remise »
Qu’est ce qui surprendrait un hébreu de la sortie d’Égypte, brutalement téléporté à notre époque ? Outre les nouvelles découvertes scientifiques, la puissance et l’attraction de la vie moderne, notre personnage semble surpris par une seule chose en 5786 : les hébreux sont toujours en exil, 3500 après ! Comment remédier à cela ? Que demander à Hachem ? Yvan se rend chez le psy pour sa première consultation. Il lui énonce qu’après une visite dans un supermarché, quelque chose lui a fait tilt…
