Momen Timnas Voli Indonesia U-18 Disambut Meriah usai Raih Gelar Runner Up Princess Cup 2024
Pencapaian gemilang timnas bola voli putri Indonesia U-18 sebagai runner up dalam Kejuaraan Princess Cup 2024 di Bangkok, Thailand.Meskipun mereka kalah dalam final dari tuan rumah Thailand dengan skor 1-3, para atlet muda Indonesia berhasil memberikan perjuangan terbaik mereka.
Kepulangan mereka ke Tanah Air di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta disambut hangat oleh PBVSI, menunjukkan apresiasi yang besar terhadap prestasi mereka.
Timnas U-18 berhasil memenuhi target yang ditetapkan oleh PP PBVSI yaitu mencapai final meskipun tidak berhasil menjadi juara.
Junaida Santi dan Tazma Aprilia dua pemain kunci timnas U-18 menyatakan kebanggaan mereka atas persembahan di Kejuaraan ini.
"Masih tidak menyangka. Sebab, kami baru ikut turnamen Asia dan saya mendapatkan penghargaan best outside hitter," ujar Junaida Santi di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Jumat (14/6/2024).
"Saya tidak menyangka sama sekali bisa menjadi best setter apalagi melihat setter Thailand bagus," tambah Tazma Aprilia.
Manajer tim, Ernita Pongky juga turut memuji penampilan para pemain dan mengungkapkan bahwa bola voli Indonesia semakin dihormati di tingkat internasional.
"Saat Mereka Melihat Indonesia Bermain Melawan Thailand, Mereka Sudah Bisa Mengukur Kemampuan Tim Voli Indonesia Seperti Apa" Ujar Ernita Pongky, Jum'at (14/6/2024)
