Schichtleiter Florian hat einen Rekordtag vor sich: Fast 90.000 Pakete müssen in 10 Wellen in Zustellfahrzeuge geladen werden. Jede Minute Verzögerung rächt sich.
Paketzusteller Felice liefert seit 25 Jahren Pakete aus – und das aus Leidenschaft. Pro Tag sind es etwa 150 Stück, die er zu Privat- oder Firmenkunden bringt. Für ihn ist der Kontakt zu ihnen wichtig. Einen Bürojob kann er sich nicht vorstellen.
