Setya Novanto Terpidana Kasus e-KTP Bebas Bersyarat dari Lapas Sukamiskin, Ini Penjelasannya
BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Terpidana kasus korupsi e-KTP, Setya Novanto (Setnov), resmi bebas bersyarat dari Lapas Sukamiskin, Jawa Barat.Kabar tersebut dikonfirmasi oleh Kepala Kanwil Ditjen Pemasyarakatan Jawa Barat, Kusnali.
“Dalam amar putusan peninjauan kembali, beliau dijatuhi hukuman 12 tahun 6 bulan penjara dengan denda Rp500 juta subsider 5 bulan kurungan, serta uang pengganti sebesar Rp49 miliar dengan tambahan pidana 2 tahun,” ujar Kusnali pada Minggu (17/8/2025).
“Namun, seluruh kewajiban tersebut sudah dipenuhi sehingga beliau dapat melaksanakan pembebasan bersyarat yang dilakukan pada 16 Agustus 2025,” lanjutnya.
