안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 제철 느낌 가득한 양미리랑 도루묵을 구워 먹어봤어요!
도루묵은 에어프라이어 180˚에 35분 정도 구웠고
양미리는 튀김가루 살짝 뭍혀서 기름에 노릇노릇 구웠어요!
굽는동안 생선기름 자글자글 올라오는 냄새만 맡아도 군침이 꿀꺽~!
양미리는 머리부터 꼬리까지 통째로 구워서 먹는 그 맛이
처음엔 조금 낯설 수 있는데
한 번 빠지면 매년 이맘때마다 꼭 찾게 되더라구요
겉은 바삭하게 구워지고 안에는 고소한 기름이 꽉 차 있어서
한 입 베어 무는 순간 특유의 고소함이 확 퍼져요
특히 내장 쪽에서 나오는 그 고소한 맛이 진짜 포인트라서
아무것도 안찍어 먹어도 충분히 맛나요
도루묵은 말해 뭐해요
알이 꽉 찬 제철 도루묵은 그냥 반칙이죠
구울 때부터 배가 빵빵하게 부풀어 오르는데
그 모습만 봐도 괜히 기대가 되더라구요
껍질은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉한데
알이 톡톡 터지면서 고소함이 입안 가득 퍼져요
비린 맛 거의 없이 담백해서 맥주안주로도 정말 좋더라구요
요즘처럼 쌀쌀한 날씨에
따뜻한 집에서 생선 굽는 소리 들으면서 한 끼 차려 먹는 거
생각보다 훨씬 큰 힐링이 되는 것 같아요
괜히 마음도 차분해지고
계절을 제대로 보내고 있다는 느낌도 들고요
