Kepala BGN: Mitra Baru Program MBG Bisa Mulai dari Jumlah Kecil untuk Jaga Kualitas | Narasi Daily
Itu disampaikan Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, usai memberikan materi pada retret kepala daerah di Akademi Militer Magelang, Jawa Tengah, Kamis (27/2/2025).Menurut Dadan, sejumlah masalah kualitas makanan program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) muncul karena dapur-dapur MBG belum terbiasa memberikan pelayanan dalam jumlah besar. Dadan menyarankan mitra program MBG bisa memulai penyaluran dari jumlah kecil dari 100 porsi dan terus meningkat.
Rentetan masalah kualitas makanan program MBG bermunculan sejak resmi diluncurkan pada 6 Januari 2025. Misalnya, pada 13 Januari 2025, ada puluhan siswa SD dan SMA di Nunukan Selatan, Kalimantan Utara, yang diduga keracunan lauk basi dan berulat dalam paket makanan MBG.
Lalu, kejadian 40 siswa SD di Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah, diduga keracunan pada 16 Januari 2025. Mereka mengalami mual dan muntah diduga karena olahan ayam pada menu MBG yang tidak matang dimasak. Teranyar, insiden daging mentah yang ditemukan dalam paket makanan MBG di sebuah SD di Sumba Timur, NTT, pada 19 Februari 2025.
Dadan bilang, pihaknya akan terus mengevaluasi untuk perbaikan pelaksanaan MBG ke depannya.
