📱 How to Translate Text From Pictures on Samsung Phones (2 Easy Methods)In this video, I show you how to translate text from an image on Samsung Galaxy phones using built-in features. You’ll learn two simple ways to translate text from a photo directly into English (or any other language) without installing extra apps.
For this tutorial, I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G (2025), but these methods also work on many other Samsung Galaxy devices with Google Lens, Google Translate, and Samsung AI features.
🔹 Method 1: Translate Text Using Google Toolbar
- Press and hold the Home button
- Use the Google toolbar to translate text from a picture
- Detect the original language automatically
- Translate to English or any other supported language
🔹 Method 2: Translate Text Using Samsung AI Select
- Open the Edge Panel
- Use AI Select to circle and copy text from an image
- Paste the text into Google Translate
- Copy and reuse the translated text
