LINKE AN DIE MACHT? Nach fulminantem Wahlsieg ‒ Gregor Gysi sieht jetzt ein Problem für die ParteiNach dem starken Abschneiden der Linken bei der Berlin-Wahl beginnen die Gespräche über eine neue Regierung in der Hauptstadt. Im WELT-Interview spricht Gregor Gysi über eine mögliche Koalition von Linken, Grünen und SPD und stärkt Spitzenkandidatin Elif Eralp den Rücken.
Gysi verteidigt die Forderung nach einer Vergesellschaftung großer Wohnungsunternehmen und verweist auf Artikel 15 des Grundgesetzes. Zugleich äußert er sich zu den Antisemitismus-Vorwürfen gegen Teile der Berliner Linken, zum umstrittenen Auftritt des Rappers Dahabflex sowie zu Ibrahim Ibrahim und Issa Remmo auf der Wahlparty der Partei.
Auch die Frage nach einer möglichen Regierungsbeteiligung beschäftigt die Linke. Gysi macht deutlich: In der Opposition könne eine Partei vor allem die Interessen ihrer eigenen Wähler vertreten – in Regierungsverantwortung müsse sie dagegen die gesamte Stadt im Blick haben. Sein Fazit: „Wenn ja, müssen wir uns beweisen. Und ich finde, wir sollten uns beweisen.“
