A In Onda, Stefano Bonaccini ha sintetizzato con una formula secca la portata della sconfitta di Meloni alla Camera sulla legge elettorale: è il primo voto contro di lei. Un dato politico notevolissimo: martedì pomeriggio l'emendamento sulle preferenze, fortemente voluto da Fratelli d'Italia e su cui il governo si era dichiarato favorevole, è stato bocciato con il contributo decisivo di almeno una quarantina di deputati del centrodestra, che approfittando del voto segreto hanno disatteso le indicazioni della premier. Il risultato finale è stato di 188 voti contrari contro 187 favorevoli — un solo voto di scarto che ha scatenato l'esultanza delle opposizioni in aula.
