Setelah kekalahan sebelumnya dari Hyper Zetton, umat manusia nyaris punah dan hanya tersisa sekelompok kecil penyintas yang bersembunyi. Team U, pasukan bertahan terakhir, mulai kehilangan harapan. Namun, sebuah sinar harapan muncul saat Musashi Haruno, manusia host dari Ultraman Cosmos, tiba di bumi dan membantu menyelamatkan manusia yang tersisa.

Di saat bersamaan, Shin Asuka, host dari Ultraman Dyna, yang sebelumnya menghilang dalam dimensi lain, akhirnya kembali setelah diselamatkan oleh kekuatan tekad dan ingatan masa lalu. Ia kembali bersatu dengan Zero dan Cosmos untuk menghadapi ancaman besar dari Alien Bat dan Hyper Zetton.

Ketiganya bersiap menyatukan kekuatan dalam menghadapi musuh terkuat mereka. Episode ini berfokus pada kebangkitan para Ultraman yang telah jatuh dan bagaimana semangat manusia mampu membangkitkan harapan serta kekuatan pahlawan legendaris.
